Feast of Hidar Tsion in Axum--Woman in White Robes

A woman posed for me in her white robes at the Feast of St. Mary of Zion in Axum, Ethiopia. The feast is celebrated annually on November 30 at every Orthodox Christian church dedicated to St. Mary. The church in Axum is said to house the Holy Grail, so it is also a pilgrimage site.
